There are already a number of facilitators in Australia and internationally presenting the Superworking® programme. It is a well researched and proven program, the tools are simple to use and the results are life-changing. In organisations, the results include improved team spirit, reduced absenteeism, improved corporate culture, lower staff turnover and greater general motivation.

Facilitator training package
- 5 day live-in Intensive training program
- 300 page Workshop manual – contains step-by-step instructions for conducting each segment of the program
- 300 page Set up manual – contains background on marketing the program in-house, set-up and evaluation process
- CD containing approx 360 PowerPoint presentation slides (as data pro or OHP)
- Additional materials including articles, background research etc.
- Licence to use the Superworking participant package (see below) either under the Superworking banner or re-badged to suit the organizational culture

Following successful completion of the training, you will be licenced to adapt and use:
- 107 page participant workbook
- 230 page text book
- CD containing 3 x 20 minute relaxation exercises
- 2 x 40 minute relaxation tapes (optional)
- Behavioural monitoring laminated cards
- Follow-up program format
