Susanne Rix, the designer of the program has been conducting research and training programs concerned with the development of human potential since 1979.

Working initially with the Australian Department of Health and the University of Sydney, her company developed a series of programs aimed at lifting personal effectiveness by applying the latest mind/brain research and by lifting personal well-being.

Les and Judy Brandis

Les and Judy have been facilitators of the Superworking program since 2002 and bring to the program their combined business and industry experience from diverse backgrounds. This experience is invaluable in demonstrating to participants how the Superworking tools can be productively applied in the modern, fast paced workplace.

Les has been consulting to management in designing and applying strategies to remove barriers to individual and organisational performance since 1991. He holds qualifications in human resources management and industrial relations and is a published author. Judy has qualifications in Health Sciences and has provided vocational counselling, training and stress management services to industries such as manufacturing, health, banking and government departments, over the past 15 years. Both Les and Judy have the ability to tap into an enormous reservoir of professional and life experiences in their roles as Superworking facilitators.

Les and Judy are licensed facilitators in Brisbane, Perth and Sydney.

Barbara Bakie

Barbara has over 20 years experience working at all levels of government across three jurisdictions, including at the Senior Executive Level. She has led a number of national initiatives resulting in major organizational transformations. Six years teaching at Charles Sturt University as well as working as a Director of Children, Youth and Family Services has equipped Barbara with skills to be a transformational facilitator. Barbara believes Superworking® is essential to the wellbeing of everyone, particularly those working hard under stressful conditions.

Barbara is the only licenced facilitator in Canberra.

Denni Francisco

Denni has an extensive background in business including the well-being industry, retail, and corporate training and development. As a hands-on businesswoman who built her own multi-million dollar business within 3 years, Denni understands the complexities of balancing key business performance outcomes with the real need to build and nurture human communities.

She is an outstanding facilitator with a natural ability to accelerate the potential and future capability of those she interacts with. She is the Director of Qualia Learning Network, an organisation committed to helping people achieve higher levels of performance with increased personal stress resilience.

Denni is the only licenced facilitator in Melbourne and Tasmania
