Facilitator Training

For organisations, this is a low cost, highly effective way of implementing positive culture change.

The facilitator training program ensures that in-house facilitators are fully trained in the methods, materials, strategies and specific techniques included in the program. Facilitators have access to the facilitator network and to extensive follow-up support.

The training includes a five-day live-in intensive, during which the facilitators observe and present the program in full. The develop an understanding of the rationale behind the processes, the opportunity to see themselves in action as well as receive feedback and personal development. A comprehensive package of materials is included.
