About Superworking

Superworking® is a month-long program designed to trigger long-term behavior change. The researched outcomes reveal happier, more effective, committed, creative and better balanced individuals – who get more done in less time with less stress

Using a holistic approach, it goes to the heart of what the individual is about. It captures commitment by building emotional intelligence (EQ).
